Terms of Service
These terms govern use of this site, the client portal, and the staffing services provided by Sales Recruiting LLC.
The agreement
Services are provided by Sales Recruiting LLC under month-to-month agreements. Either party may end the agreement at the close of a billing period.
What the service covers
Advertising, applicant screening, and scheduling of interviews into the availability a client sets, along with access to the client portal for the duration of the agreement.
Client responsibilities
Interview bookings depend on client-set availability. Clients are responsible for keeping availability current, for attending the interviews booked with them, and for all hiring decisions and any employment relationship that follows.
Applicant conduct
Applicants are independent individuals responding to advertising. We screen them against the intake questions clients rely on, but we do not employ them and we do not guarantee that any applicant will attend, accept an offer, or remain in a role.
Acceptable use
Portal accounts are for the named client and its interviewers. Credentials must not be shared outside that team, and applicant information may only be used to evaluate candidates for the client’s own open roles.
